I now know why people have closed rabbitrys and don't sell pets, can't trust anyone anymore. I had a pet buyer come look at my pets for sale. They wanted two of my husbands best dwarfs ,both I paid 100$ for and the doe was bred and due in a week. I told them they werent for sale and they ended up buying a five dollar cull. They wanted a pet store cage but wouldn't pay price I had on it. Well went to feed and realized that those two dwarfs they had been interested in are now gone, cages wide open, and the cage is gone also. I have no waynto prove they took them and can't do a thing about it.. -Cristina
With a lot of consideration, I have decided to close my rabbitry doors to the public. I will still be selling as usual, but to be on the safe side, I will be meeting from now on at local locations.
So far, I have had nothing but wonderful people come and visit, but it's for the best. I've put a lot of time, money, and effort in my rabbits and it would be horrific if someone tried to steal them or hurt them. Especially as they make more appearances on the table and start to have successful turn outs. I've been hearing one to many sad stories of intruders or people with the worst intentions. Most importantly, I want to keep my family safe. If you feel we have something to "hide" , why not check out our facebook page? I'm frequently updating it with random rabbitry pictures, so people get a better understanding of how and where these rabbits are raised. Thank you so much for your understanding!
